FULTON, NY – The Fulton Boys Youth Lacrosse league will hold the first sign up opportunity for the 2018 season tonight (March 7.)
From 6-8 p.m., players can register for the season at the Fulton Community Ice Arena located at 605 West Broadway.
Additional registration opportunities will be held on Saturday, March 10 from 9-11 a.m. and Tuesday, March 20 from 6-8 p.m., all held at the Community Ice Arena.
The cost of registration is $75 per player with the additional cost for jerseys at $15 each and plain black shorts at $10 each, if needed.
Players will need to provide a lacrosse stick, lacrosse gloves, shoulder pads, arm pads, and NOCSAE approved lacrosse helmets with a sticker noting such standards have been met.
A very limited supply of gently used equipment is available.
Players will be separated by age group depending on their current grade in the following divisions: Kindergarten through second grade, third and fourth grade, fifth and sixth grade, seventh and eighth grade.
Practices will begin in May, games will begin the first week of June and end the last week of July. Most games and practices are held during the week.
