Fulton Pop Warner Football and Cheerleading 2008 Registration

The final registration for all prospective Fulton Raider Pop Warner Football and Cheerleading participants will be held at the Fulton War Memorial on Thursday, June 19th, from 6:30 – 8:30 pm. Physicals will be available for $10.00.

All boys and girls ages 5-14 are eligible. Football players are subject to Pop Warner weight guidelines. Lighter-weighing 15 year olds may be eligible.

All NEW candidates need to bring a COPY of their Birth Certificate and a photo approximately 2”x3” (both are non-returnable). Returning players will need an UPDATED photo. Football Mitey-Mite through Midget participants pay $80. Flag-only participants pay $60. Cheer Flag & Mitey Mite pay $60 and Jr. Pee Wee through Midget pay $80.00. This amount includes our lottery fundraiser. Each participant will receive 4 lottery tickets that sell for $5 a piece. (The $80 is a combination of a $60 registration fee along with a $20 lottery ticket charge. Participants sell the tickets, keep the money and turn in the stubs at a later date. Discounts for sibling participants.

All boys and girls on all teams are REQUIRED to have had a completed physical examination by August 4th. NO PHYSICAL MEANS NO PRACTICE – NO EXCEPTIONS. A child may be examined by his/her own physician and provide us with a completed copy of the NEW Mandated National Pop Warner Form. You can download the form from www.popwarner.com.

A $10 late fee will be imposed on any registration after June 19th.
