OSWEGO, NY – The Lady Bucs scored a 2-1 win over Central Square on the lanes in the last outing.
Oswego won 697-663, 660-570 and lost the final 738-670.
Christie Hoefer had a 435 series while Ashlee Lytle had a 430, Chelsea Geroux 407, Paige Blum 403 and Ceara Donahue 352.
Oswego boys’ gained three more points to move to 17-4 overall on the year.
Matt Clemons paced the way again with a 711 (246) and was followed by Cameron Byrne 678 (246), Zach Sizemore 653 (268), Jamie Cliff 652 (267) and Matt Salvador 606 (211).
Rossi & Bartrum Keep Winning on Mat
In the latest Oswego High School wrestling competition the Bucs lost 52-6 to Corcoran.
Kyle Rossi and Shane Bartrum remained unbeaten as they accounted for three points apiece in the Buc effort.
Rossi, at 130, decisioned Kareeb Howard 12-5 while Bartrum, at 215, scored a major decision over Tyshawn Golden in a 10-2 verdict.
At 125, Alex Smith lost 12-6 to Shih-k-Frazier while 135-pounder Kyle Gabriel scored a 17-3 major decision over Colton Dryden.
Josh Nearbin, at 140, lost 9-4 to Emmanuel Chanello while Bobby Natoli lost in 3:06 to Tial Thang at 152.
Tom Ruggio, at 160, lost to Lamont Fleming via a pin in 49 seconds and Mike Ruggio, at 171, was pinned by Quindell Palmers in 3:05.
