The JV Lady Bucs Lacrosse team lost at Liverpool on Friday by the score of 13 – 6. Even in defeat, the Bucs showed great improvement over their performance in game one. The defense was much more aggressive, with better defensive awareness and teamwork.
On offense the team moved the ball much better while getting many scoring opportunities. Leading the Bucs offense were Alexa Healy with 3 goals, Kelsey Ross 2 goals, Catie Geroux 1 goal, Libby Sherman 1 assist, Abby Haessig 1 assist, Christi Hoefer 1 assist and Sarah Stoebner 1 assist.
Next game is home on Tuesday, April 13, vs. Fayetteville Manlius.
