OSWEGO, NY – O’Connors Main Street Pub, an authentic Irish bar and grill located in Fair Haven has signed on as the latest partner backing Camden Proud’s 2018 championship campaign behind the wheel of the Proud Motorsports, Step One Creative No. 54 Small Block Supermodified.
A Fair Haven hot spot, O’Connor’s family-friendly environment offers ‘Nothin’ But A Good Time’ for all guests. Under new ownership lead by Oswego native Brandon Lagoe in 2018, O’Connors is continuing several of its traditions including their famous Reuben Sandwich, ‘Friday Night Fish Fry,’ legendary ‘Destroyer Burgers,’ chicken wings and the pub’s popular lightly breaded fresh calamari.
Offering an at home feel, you can grab a beer, or relax with a glass of fine wine or cold pint of ale on O’Connor’s outdoor patio in the summer, which comes alive with musical entertainment on the weekends. You can also listen to your favorite tunes, or catch all of your teams on the pub’s flat screen televisions.
Guinness is on tap all of the time as part of O’Connors’ featured brews which include Stella Artois, Smithwicks Irish Ale, Yuengling, Ol’ Black n’ Tan, Bud Light, and Shock Top. The Irish Haven Upper Deck at O’Connors is also available for rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, luncheons, meetings, birthdays and more.

O’Connors Main Street Pub will hit the track with the Proud No. 54 for the first time at open practice on May 19 before coming back for opening day on May 26 which will see the lid lifter Jim Shampine and Tony White Memorial events for the Supermodifieds and SBS featuring Jim Shampine Memorial Twin 50s for the Supers.
The 2018 Camden Proud chicken BBQ fundraiser is set for April 8 at Lighthouse Lanes in Oswego.
Pre-sale tickets are available for the price of $10 and include a choice of either a chicken bbq or pulled pork dinner as well as a side and dessert. Several raffle items, door prizes, lotto boards, giveaways, entertainment and more all planned as part of the event located inside the Hall of Fame Lounge at Lighthouse Lanes.
To pickup a pre-sale ticket, be sure to stop at either Ken’s Body Shop or Step One Creative.
The fundraiser will run from 1 p.m. until sold out. All pre-sale orders must be picked up by 2 p.m. in order for remaining dinners to be sold.
