The Oswego Bucs Cross Country team earned a split in their first tri-meet of the season, beating Corcoran and losing to Rome.
Jeff Wallace placed first for the Bucs with a time of 10:02 on the 1.5 mile course. Rounding out the top 10 for the Bucs were: John King, Jacob Annal, Joe Bertonneau, Dylan Lavner, Nick Bonacorsi, Jimmy Dylan, Alex Fernandez, Ryan Gadziala and Tyler Sheffield.
The Bucs run again Saturday at the East Syracuse Invitational.
