• Location: Oswego Middle School Room 160
• Time: 5 – 6 p.m.

• If you cannot make sign-ups please contact Michael Howard at [email protected]

• Practices – Tuesdays and Thursdays
• 5:30-6:30 p.m. in the OMS Upper Gym
• Membership cost for the season – $25
• Season runs from December 1 – January 28
• Every Wrestler will receive a Mat Rat T-SHIRT
