MEN’S MODIFIED

SOUTH FORTY 9 LIGHT HOUSE LANES (BR) 1

Josh Flett pitched a complete game allowing only 6 hits as South 40 defeated Light House Lanes (BR) 9 to 1.  Leading by one at the end of two, South 40 put the game out of reach with a six run third. Flett helped his own cause with three singles and a double.  Adding to the South 40 attack was Jeremy Cahill with four hits and a triple, while Cory Sullivan had a single and triple.  Greg Lavery added a single and double.    Chad Raymond and Kyle Ahart accounted for the 6 hits collected by Light Lanes (BR).

MENS E-SLOW

CAMS 14 LIGHT HOUSE LANES 7

Cams Jeremy Linn and Doug Linn picked up three hits each as Cam’s defeated Light House Lanes 14 to 7. Adding two hits each for cam behind the pitching efforts of Nick Klebbs was Scott Mulholland and Fran Secore.  For Light House Lanes, Bill Hibbert had a triple, while Brian Hibbert had two singles.

PRESS BOX 27 OSWEGO ALLIANCE 7

In a game ended by the run rule Press Box defeated Oswego Alliance 27 to 7.  For Press Box Bill Fatiga and Mark Mirabito had one home run apiece.  Fatiga added a single and double, while Mirabito had three singles.  Doug Campbell and Tim Kennedy had four hits each for Press Box.  Gathering two hits each off of winning pitcher Dan Cunningham were Oswego Alliance’s Joe Yardley, Dan Krause, Nick Wexler and Kevin Drake.

FRIDAY JULY 18TH   2008

MEN’S MODIFIED.

LIGHT HOUSE LANES (SC) 20 CHEAP SEATS 7

Ed Kozoski’s two run inside the park home run along with Rob Finn’s four hit night highlighted Light House Lanes (SC) 20 to 7 victory over Cheap Seats.  Joe Salazzo also had four hits with a double, triple, and two singles.  Picking up three hits each were Dom Ritz and winning pitcher Scott Cannova.  For Cheap Seats, George Bateman had two doubles, while Jason Waughtel, Adam Pitcher and Ryan Bivens all doubled.  Bnivens also singled while Steve Woods added two hits.  In picking up the win Cannova allowed only 10 hits.
