Eric Leusch (Sr., Rochester, N.Y.) recorded his 20th win of the season at 285 pounds, but it would not be enough as the Oswego State wrestling team fell to Brockport 33-12 in a dual meet on Wednesday night at Max Ziel Gymnasium. Leusch defeated Pat Krenz 4-0 to move his season mark to 20-9. The Golden Eagles improved to 4-2 in dual meet competition, while Oswego State fell to 3-7.

Head coach Mike Howard’s squad also received victories from Brandon Heffernan (Jr., Martville, N.Y.) at 141 pounds by forfeit. The Lakers picked up their other victory at the 149-pound weight class when Alex Petroff (Fr., Cazenovia, N.Y.) had a strong third period to defeat Eliah Golding 10-5.
