Jack Jennings, coach of the PACS Girls Varsity Cross Country team said his team has made great strides this year, with all participants continuing to improve as the season has progressed.
The varsity team, made up of girls in grades 9-12 at Pulaski High School, finished the regular season with a record of 6-1 winning the Patriot National Division Championship.

The Pulaski team placed second in the Patriot League meet at Highland Forest on October 23, which consisted of both the National and American Divisions. The team’s only loss was to the team from Tully High School, which is currently the number one class D team in the state.
Three members of the varsity team, Megan Jennings, Hanah Bridges and Hanna Greulich, were named to the All-League Team.
The Pulaski cross country team will advance to the sectional meet at Jamesville Beach on November 2, beginning at 12:30 p.m.
Coach Jennings said the team used this year as a building block and expect continued success and improvement in the coming year when several members of the modified team will move up to compete at the varsity level.
