BREWERTON, NY – With rain moving in over the Northeast coupled with cold temperatures, the Brewerton Speedway May 28 racing program has been canceled.

The Lucas Oil Empire Super Sprints are scheduled to be back at the speedway on Friday, July 2 as part of the big ESS Speedweek.

Next Friday, June 4 is a fan and driver favorite event when Thompson & Johnson Equipment Co. presents Family Autograph night.

During intermission fans of all ages will be able to go trackside to get up close to all the cars, meet their favorite drivers for photos, autographs and driver giveaways.

Racing on the ‘D-Shaped Dirt Demon’ will feature the Tracey Road Equipment DIRTcar Big Block Modifieds, DOT Foods DIRTcar Sportsman, AmeriCU Credit Union Mod Lites and the Fleet Repair 4-Cylinders.

Adult grandstand admission on June 4 is $15 with everyone 18 years old and younger, free. Pit admission is $35. Grandstands will open at 5:30 pm with racing at 7:30 pm.

You can still get your weekend need for speed tomorrow night May 29 at the sister track Fulton Speedway with Modifieds and the Empire Super Sprints headlining. Also racing on the ‘Highbanks’ is the DOT Foods DIRTcar Sportsman, Billy Whittaker Cars & Trux RUSH Late Models and the E&V Energy Novice Sportsman.
