FULTON, NY – The popular Sportsman are set to have a doubleheader on the long awaited Fulton Speedway “Highbank Holdup” weekend on Friday and Saturday.
On Friday, a strong and fast field of Fulton regulars will be set to defend their home track when a field of invaders will fill the pits for round-one of the 2016 DIRTcar Sportsman Championship Series.
Not only will the Sportsman be gunning for the top prize there will also be a coveted starting spot for the prestigious Industrial Tire Of CNY Championship 50 during the 31st Annual Sunoco Fulton Ethanol Facility Outlaw 200 Weekend presented by SUNY Canton.
After Friday’s Sportsman race with the Lucas Oil Empire Super Sprints the pits will remain open for race teams to work on their cars for Saturday.
On April 30, it will be the first race of the track point season for the SUNY Canton Sportsman.
Also on the Saturday race card will be Modifed Super DIRTCar Series “Highbank Holdup 100” and the first track points race for the Billy Whittaker Cars & Trux RUSH Late Models.
