The Lakers led 53-14 at the half. Lenny fowler led Hannibal with 8 points.
Girls Basketball:
Hannibal 60, Skaneateles 33
Tayler Sorell led the Lady Warriors with 16 points, including 2 3-pointers. A stifling defense gave Hannibal a 31-8 lead at the half.
Boys Swimming:
Auburn 100, Oswego 83
Oswego’s Drake Becksted set a new school record with a 100 butterfly time of 52.87 seconds, but Auburn’s top-flight Zelehowsky brothers helped lead the Maroons a runaway win. Becksted also established himself as one of the top sprint swimmers, with a 22.05 in the 50 freestyle.
Boys Bowling:
Fulton 4, Fowler 0
Jondn Tryniski’s 256 high game and 742 triple were more than enough for the defending Section III champs. His 3-game total was more than 100 pins higher than his next highest teammate and nearly 200 pins higher than Fowler’s best.
Girls Bowling:
Fulton 4, Fowler 0
Harley Wylie led all bowlers with a 214 high game and 539 triple. Jamie Elen rolled a 191/487.
