Michael Barnes, Joe Gosek, Otto Sitterly, Dave Danzer, Dave Cliff, Tim Devendorf, Stephen Gioia III, Jeremy Pitcher, Mike Bruce, and Brian Sobus are all scheduled to take part on Friday, which will see racing action begin at 7:30 p.m.

The Speedway drivers will be divided into two separate heat races, with their finishing order determining the starting line-up for their 15-lap main that will kick off feature action on Friday.

Admission to the Kartway’s spectator area is only $5 per carload, with pit admission available for $10.

The pre-race festivities will continue on Saturday morning with the annual Oswego Speedway Old-Timers Reunion at 10 a.m. as well as a special Bentley Warren book signing in the Speedway’s Tiki Bar from 5:30-6:30 p.m.

Warren will be taking time to sign copies of his book “Wicked Fast: Racing through Life with Bentley Warren” as well as other autographs just prior to Novelis Supermodified heat racing taking to the Speedway at 6:30 p.m.

Oswego Speedway’s Novelis Supermodifieds will contend in a 45-lap main event following the reunion, as they did for several years at the ‘Steel Palace’, along with heat racing as well as the famous Semi-Finals, which haven’t been run regularly since the early 1990s.

The Pathfinder Bank Small Block Supers will join the Supermodifieds for a 30-lap feature on August 8, followed by an infield pit party at the conclusion of the racing action.
