OSWEGO, NY – On Tuesday, at 8:15 p.m., a 17-year-old boy was charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, sixth-degree conspiracy, second-degree sex abuse and two counts of sexual misconduct.
The charges stem from the investigation into an incident that occurred during the summer months of 2011 in the town of Volney.
The teen allegedly engaged in sexual intercourse and oral sex with two victims that were less than 14 years of age, in the presence of another individual.
The boy was arraigned in the Town of Volney Court by Hon. Judge Kerfien.
He was remanded to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $250 cash or $500 bond.
He is to return to court date on March 26.
