The Twisted Line From South Otselic to Pulaski

PULASKI  – The Pulaski Historical Society will present the program “The Twisted Line From South Otselic to Pulaski” at its meeting on September 23 at 7 p.m.

The meeting will be held in the Carriage House, and is free and open to the public.

Refreshments will be served.

Mike Riordan, president of the Friends of the Salmon River International Sport Fishing Museum, will be the speaker.

He will discuss its development from its origins as the Gladding Fishing Museum in South Otselic, NY.

He will also display some artifacts from the fishing museum.

The Pulaski Historical Society is located at 3428 Maple Ave., across from Mavis Tire/Cole Muffler in the village.

The museum is open in September from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursdays and from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays.

Volunteers are available to help with research and questions at the regular work sessions on Tuesdays from 9 a.m. to noon.
