OSWEGO, NY – When Budweiser International Classic Weekend kicks off on September 2, drivers in the Novelis Supermodified division will be vying for an additional $4,000 in Budweiser International Classic purse and contingency listings thanks to partner Total Seal High Performance Piston Rings.

For the 60th running of the Budweiser International Classic 200, Total Seal has once again stepped up, providing the Total Seal ‘Total Package’ contingency program.

Total Seal will provide a set of four $500 bonuses for this year’s Novelis Supermodified Budweiser International Classic roster as well as a $2,000 purse for the Total Seal Semi-Finals, making for a total of $4,000 of additional money going to Classic entrants.

For some, simply qualifying for the International Classic 200 is a lifetime achievement and Total Seal will provide the $500 ‘Last Driver In’ bonus to the 20th fastest qualifier during Friday night’s CNY Chevy Dealers Qualifying Night.

Classic Sunday will feature two Total Seal Semi-Finals for drivers making a last ditch effort to make the 200.

Each will be 15-laps in length, with the top six drivers moving to the Classic.  The top four drivers in those races will earn portions of a $1,000 purse.

Each Total Seal Semi-Final will pay $500 to the winner with $250 going to second, $150 to third, and $100 to the fourth place finishers.

Once the International Classic 200 takes the green on September 4, another set of bonuses will be awarded including the Total Seal Hard Charger, the Total Seal Hard Luck Award, and the Total Seal Rookie of the Race – each awarding $500 prizes.

In total the $4,000 set of Total Seal ‘Total Package’ bonuses will be generously spread throughout the Classic roster, in an attempt to place some extra cash in as many pockets as possible this coming Budweiser Classic Weekend.
