Rathburn Road Award
The Town of Oswego Highway Department received the Transportation Project of the Year Award recently from the American Public Works Association. Shown accepting the award at the annual awards banquet are from left to right: Town of Oswego Supervisor Richard Kaulfuss; Town of Oswego Highway Superintendent David Sterio; and BCA Architects and Engineers Representative Casey Dickinson. The highway department was recognized for serving as the general contractors and their work on the bridge replacement on Rathburn Road.
