Frederick Leighton Elementary School Home & School Association with the Oswego Elks Club, present the 10th Annual FLS Circus Event Fundraiser.  This event benefits all grade levels and helps students learn self-respect, team work and perseverance.  At the end of a week of practice learning new skills, the 6th grade classes present a school wide assembly.
