CENTRO (7:15 p.m.): Oswego City service is on snow routes, using Bridge Street only between SUNY Oswego and Walmart for the rest of the evening.
No Unnecessary Travel: Sheriff David Gould reports that The Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office has issued a No Unnecessary Travel Advisory for all of Cayuga County. Hazardous conditions exist, but the decision to drive is left to the discretion of the traveler.

Winter Storm Warning in effect until 8 p.m. Wednesday
LOCATION: Oswego County.
TIMING: Through early Wednesday evening.
HAZARDS: Moderate to at times heavy snow and blowing snow.
ACCUMULATIONS: 4 to 8 inches today. 4 to 8 inches tonight. 3 to 5 inches Wednesday. And, an inch or less Wednesday evening.
VISIBILITIES: A quarter mile or less at times.
IMPACTS: Heavy snow and blowing snow could produce very difficult driving conditions with very poor visibility and deep snow cover on roads.
