Shane Stepien of Step One Creative reveals the Harborfest 2008 Design Poster with Samantha Pickreign of Oswego Harbor Festivals, Inc.. Designed by Step One Creative, the posters, as well as other 2008 memorabilia will be available in the “Harbor Huts” in Breitbeck Park, East Park and River Walk East. Harborfest is July 24-27th.
