Source: Houston Texans won’t franchise CB Dunta Robinson

The Houston Texans reportedly are willing to let cornerback Dunta Robinson test the free-agent market, choosing not to place the franchise tag on him for the second straight year, KRIV-TV in Houston is reporting, citing unnamed NFL sources.
