Fulton, NY – The United Way of Greater Oswego County has announced that it is in the planning stages for the distribution of $31,808 in funding that it has received from the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
The funding, which can used for food, rent assistance, and utility assistance, is available to 501(c) 3, not-for-profit agencies offering human services programs.
Those agencies interested in applying for FEMA funding must submit requests to the United Way of Greater Oswego County no later than February 8.
The local FEMA board would be meeting on February 11 at the United Way office, 1 S. First St., to review all requests.
