The National Weather Service has issued a Lake Effect Snow Warning for Thursday night and Friday morning.

The warning is in place for Wayne, Northern Cayuga, Oswego, Lewis and Jefferson counties.

According to Fulton’s weather observer, the area received 0.39-inch of precipitation on December 28.

The monthly total is 3.79 inches.

The total for the year is 47.15 inches.

Fulton received 5.7 inches of snow on December 28.

Total snowfall for the month is 24.0 inches.

For the winter, the total stands at 57.6 inches.
