Weather Notebook For February 3, 2014

According to Fulton’s weather observer, the area received 0.03-inch of precipitation on February 2.

The monthly total is 0.23-inch.

With the initial start of our winter being mild, more bluebirds may have remained in our area. Eastern Bluebirds are considered partial migrants. Scientist believe a certain percentage of them aren’t genetically programmed to fly south in the winter.
