FULTON, NY – On Friday, March 25, at approximately 6:28 p.m., State Police in Fulton were dispatched by the Oswego County 911 center to a domestic dispute at a home on State Route 48 in the town of Granby.
After investigating the incident, Cheryl L. Pitre, 64, stands accused of threatening a family member with a steak knife.
Troopers transported Pitre to SP Fulton where she was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 4th Degree and Menacing in the 2nd Degree, both class “A” misdemeanors.
Pitre was arraigned in the Town of Granby Court and released on her own recognizance.
She is scheduled to return to court on March 28, 2016 at 7 p.m.
