Butch and Beth Casler of Phoenix are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Julie A. Casler to Joel G. Phifer, son of Bill and Janet Phifer of Colorado Springs, CO.
Joel and Julie will wed August 28th, 2010 in Ithaca, NY.
The couple met in Denver, CO and plan to settle in Central New York.
