Former Fulton Resident Surprised With 90th Birthday Party

Former Fulton resident, Mildred Bullard, now a resident of Homosassa, Florida, was surprised on her 90th birthday with a party by her children and their spouses.

Family members from Florida were joined by those who traveled from New Jersey, Massachusetts, Oklahoma, New York, Maryland, and California.

Also in attendance were some of Mrs. Bullard’s grandchildren; her sister, Jean Root; her nephew and his wife, Louis and Charo Luciano; and dear friends, including Mike and Debbie Famularo of Fulton.
