Justin Congdon Graduates from Paul Smith’s College

Justin Congdon of Oswego, N.Y., graduated from Paul Smith’s College in December 2010. Congdon earned an associate of applied science degree in culinary arts from Paul Smith’s, which is located in the Adirondack Park of New York State. Congdon also received an associate of applied science degree in hotel and restaurant management.
