Rossiter Celebrates 30 Year Milestone

Kim Rossiter, senior typist in the Oswego County Fire Coordinatorâ€™s Office, receives a certificate of appreciation for 30 years of service to Oswego County government. Former Fire Coordinator John Hinds presented the certificate before he retired in May.
