On Saturday, eight members of the 12th Capitular District welcomed Grand Royal Arch Captain of Guard Allan M. Bayant.
He is a member of the Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons.
Five Royal Arch chapters; Central City Riverside, Lake Ontario, Oswego River, Charles H. Platt and Pulaski were present for the morning meeting.
District Deputy Grand High Priest Richard C. Fowler welcomed the Grand Captain of the Guard to host chapter Lake Ontario 127, John Congdon High Priest temple at Lake City Lodge in Oswego.
The Grand Captain discussed methods of improving each chapter.
He discussed the charities that the Royal Arch supports including scholarships and lung diseases.
Methods of raising money to support both of the organizations were also discussed.
At the conclusion of a productive meeting, the Royal Arch Masons shared fellowship with coffee and donuts.
