Make Plans to Attend “Butterfly Program” on Saturday, May 22, 2010, from 10 am to 12 noon at the Oswego County Cornell Cooperative Extension Office, 3288 Main St., Mexico, NY.

Michelle Lacson, Oswego County Master Gardener and avid butterfly enthusiast, will let you know what plants attract butterflies to your yard as well as how to identify butterfly eggs on plants, methods for raising caterpillars, tagging and releasing methods, and give you ideas for participating in scientific studies. The program is intended for adults and youth 12 and over.
