On 5/17/24 at 3:53 p.m., Amber M. Pupparo, 23, of Hannibal was arrested for Assault, 3rd degree following an incident in Hannibal. Ms. Pupparo is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 5/31/24.
On 5/17/24 at 7:11 p.m., Tiara Jane Abbott (Hobart), 31, of Fulton was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Fulton City Court. Ms. Abbott was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/18/24 at 4:44 a.m., Ricky L. Steenrod, 63, of Hastings was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree; Unlawful Imprisonment, 2nd degree; Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 3rd degree, a class D felony following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Steenrod was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/19/24 at 3:34 p.m., Jessy J. Joslyn, 18, of Palermo was arrested for Forcible Touching; Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree; Resisting Arrest; Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Overdriving, Torturing and Injuring Animals, Failure to Provide Proper Sustenance following an incident in the Town of Palermo. Mr. Joslyn was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/19/24 at 7:44 p.m., Mitchel A. Kirk, 27, of Scriba was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego City Court. Mr. Kirk was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/19/24 at 9:08 p.m., Bradley L. Davis Jr., 28, of Cato was arrested for Promoting Prison Contraband, 1st degree, a class D felony and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7thdegree following an incident in the Oswego County Correctional Facility. Mr. Davis was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/20/24 at 12:11 a.m., Randall H. Muir, 27, of Albion was arrested for Fleeing an Officer in Motor Vehicle, 3rd degree along with multiple V&T violations following an incident in the Town of Mexico. At the same time, Mr. Muir was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court and a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Mr. Muir was arraigned in CAP Court and remanded to the OCJ.
On 5/20/24 at 8:04 a.m., David P. Gandino, 44, of Pulaski was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Granby. Mr. Gandino was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/20/24 at 10:21 a.m., Vell K. Smithers, 49, of Fulton was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Fulton City Court. Mr. Smithers was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/20/24 at 11:00 a.m., Jessy J. Joslyn, 18, of Palermo was arrested for Criminal Trespass, 3rddegree, a class B misdemeanor following an incident in the Town of Palermo. Mr. Joslyn was arraigned in CAP Court and remanded to the OCJ.
On 5/21/24 at 1:45 a.m., Seth Daniel Bourlier, 22, of Fulton was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Volney. Mr. Bourlier was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/21/24 at 6:16 a.m., April Lee Sherman, 43, of Mexico was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4thdegree following an incident in the Town of Mexico. Ms. Sherman is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 6/4/24.
On 5/21/24 at 5:51 p.m., Tiffany L. Butchino, 34, of Hannibal was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Granby. Ms. Butchino is scheduled to be arraigned on 6/4/24 in CAP Court.
On 5/21/24 at 7:51 p.m., Michael B. Lavalley, 40, of Amboy was arrested for Reckless Endangerment, 2nd degree; Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree; Resisting Arrest and Fleeing an Officer in Motor Vehicle in addition to multiple V&T violations following an incident in the Town of Amboy. Mr. Lavalley is scheduled to be arraigned on 6/4/24 in CAP Court.
At the same time, Mr. Lavalley was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Amboy and a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Camden. Mr. Lavalley was arraigned in CAP Court.
Mr. Lavalley was also arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree and Fleeing an Officer in Motor Vehicle, 3rd degree along with multiple V&T violations stemming from an incident that reportedly occurred on 5/4/24 in the Town of Amboy. Mr. Lavalley is scheduled to be arraigned on 6/4/24 in CAP Court.
On 5/22/24 at 11:20 a.m., Kaivon E. Barrot, 24, of Fayetteville, NY was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident that reportedly occurred in the Town of Granby. Mr. Barrot was arraigned in CAP Court.

Scott.,63, of Mexico was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 4th degree, a class C felony; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rddegree, a class B felony; Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree following a traffic stop in the Town of Parish. Mr. Scott was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/22/24 at 3:42 p.m., Manny J. Allen, 62, of Fulton was arrested for Tampering with Physical Evidence, a class E felony and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following a traffic stop in the City of Oswego. Mr. Allen is scheduled to be arraigned on 6/5/24 in CAP Court.

On 5/23/24 at 8:24 p.m., Jeremy W. Collins, 40, of Fulton was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico. Mr. Collins was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/23/24 at 8:26 p.m., Jennifer S. Wall, 46, of Fulton was arrested based on a Felony Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Ms. Wall was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/24/24 at 7:27 a.m., Nathan R. Sims, 26, of Oswego was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following a traffic stop in the Town of Minetto. Mr. Sims is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 6/7/24.
