Fulton Council Tidbits: City Sells Former DPW Site
The city has sold the site of the former city DPW administration building to an owner who intends to bring an auto repair business to the city.
The Common Council Tuesday approved the sale of 65 N. 4th St. to Bradley Stevens for $140,000.

Do This Tonight: Irish Step Dancing At Oswego Farmer’s Market
Oswego’s Farmer’s Market is the place to be tonight. Besides the best local vegetables, fruits and baked goods, it’s Irish Night. Oswego’s Hibernian Club will be there to sell their famous corned beef sandwiches, and these young folks, above, will provide the entertainment. They’re from the Kinlough Academy of Irish Dance and The Butler-Sheehan Academy of Irish Dance. The performances will begin at 6:00 p.m.

The Fulton Senior League All-Stars, a team of 15 and 16 year old boys, made it all the way to 3rd place in the state during this summer’s tournament in Newburgh, completing a three-year arc that has seen the team grow from district champions into a team that made the state tournament and then into a team that came within a game of competing for the state title.
