Cleanup of Former Fulton Mall Property to Resume
The cleanup of pollution at the former Fulton Mall site on the city’s north side can resume, now that city lawmakers have approved an increase in the cost of the work.
Lawmakers this week authorized the Mayor to sign a change order increasing the cost of the work at the site from $85,000 to $130,000. All of the cost of the project will be paid by state or federal grants.

Public Hearings Set on Tentative Tax Pact
The residents of the Oswego City School District and town of Scriba will have the opportunity to comment on the tentative tax agreement between local school – government officials and the Nine Mile Point I nuclear facility.

Students Get A Taste Of Job Interview Process
Several Oswego High School students got a taste of the job interview process Wednesday in the school’s Media Center. Dozens of local professionals volunteered to conduct mock interviews to help prepare students for college and job interviews. One OHS grad returned to take part in the project again – this time, as the interviewer.
