A team has formed to find ways to reduce the costs and increase the quality in the Medicaid program for the upcoming 2011-12 fiscal year.
Recently, Beth Hilton, Executive Director of the Oswego-Fulton Chamber of Commerce, stopped by the Fulton Rotary Club to give the Rotarians an update on the business activities in the Fulton and Oswego area.

Jane L. Sheldon, 92, of Oswego, passed away on January 23, 2011 at St. Luke Health Services in Oswego.
