Frances Van Wie, 83
Fran, a former resident of West 7th Street in Oswego, NY, passed peacefully on Wednesday, at St. Luke’s Health facility, at the age of 83.
Fire Destroys Hannibal Building
An industrial building and home along Route 104 in the town of Hannibal suffered very heavy damage in a fire this morning.
The fire in the building, which had been called Route 104 Sports most recently, burned through the first and second floors of the structure.
