The nine school districts that make up Oswego County BOCES are being asked a simple question in the wake of the impending retirement of BOCES’ Superintendent: Should Oswego County BOCES continue to exist as it is?
We’re still No. 1 for the total amount of rainfall at this time of year. And, with a soggy forecast for the next few days, we’re likeley to maintain that dubious honor.
SUNY Oswego’s Leadership Oswego County program will graduate 18 members of the Class of 2011 on June 3. Ceremonies for the program, an initiative of the college’s Office of Business and Community Relations, will take place at 6 p.m. in the Sheldon Hall ballroom at SUNY Oswego.

The youngsters invited them into their classrooms for some light refreshments and handmade gifts. For special after lunch treats, students helped make miniature cherry cheesecakes for their moms and dads.
