On Tuesday investigators from the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office arrested John F. Pendall Jr. of Fulton, for Vehicular Manslaughter, Second Degree, a Class D felony; Manslaughter, Second Degree and other charges in connection with the crash that claimed his father’s life.
Howard L. Tracy, 81, a resident of West Utica Street in Oswego, died Monday, at the Veteran’s Administration Hospital in Syracuse.

Third Graders at Fitzhugh Park Elementary School designed Halloween Cards for St. Luke’s Nursing Home patients to enjoy. Students wrote messages and added a lollipop filled ghost to each card.
