On March 25 at 2 p.m., the Oswego Public Library’s Board of Trustees will meet to work on its annual budget. The board will be holding is reguar monthly meeting on April 3 at 7 p.m.
The Family Education and Partnership program invites families who have a child with a metal health diagnosis to attend a special Family Activity Night on March 29 from 5 – 6:30 p.m. at Catholic Charities’ CYO facilities at 365 W. First St.
The local youth basketball league is in need of assistance. The Ancient Order of Hibernians Dean Michael Barry Division 1 has been strong supporters of this worthwhile endeavor for years
Sportsmen from all over the state will gather in Albany this week. This is an important day in Albany, as this group draws attention to hunting, fishing, snowmobiling and all terrain vehicles that are significant to our Upstate economy.

No matter what happens in November’s elections, Bill Owens will no longer be Oswego County’s representative in Congress.
That’s because a federal magistrate’s plan to redraw district lines across the state has taken Oswego County out of Owens’ district and split it between two other members of Congress.
