On March 30 at 8 p.m., William S. Chan Jr., 33, of 70 Jeremy Woods Drive, Southington, Ct., was arrested for fourth-degree grand larceny, a class E felony and petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor.
Oswego Resident Charged With Welfare Fraud
At 1:30 p.m. March 30, deputies arrested Margaret A. Fellows, 36, of 735 Dutch Ridge Road, Oswego, first-degree offering a false instrument for filing, a class E felony; third-degree welfare fraud, a class D felony; and third-degree grand larceny, a class D felony.
