Over the past several decades, the Fulton Police Benevolent Association has donated tens of thousands of dollars to local organizations and civic causes.
The following students were named to the Dean’s List for the spring 2012 semester at Clarkson University.

Oswego Speedway announced today the “Racing for Ronald McDonald House” walk scheduled for July 14 beginning at 8:30 a.m. located inside the famed Oswego Speedway.
All proceeds from the charity walk will benefit the Ronald McDonald House Charities of CNY.
Samantha Schuffenecker, a member of the class of 2013 at Connecticut College and a resident of Oswego, has been named to the Dean’s High Honors list for the 2012 spring semester.
All Oswego County residents are encouraged to participate. The survey is available on-line at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/OCOPublicSurvey and www.oswegocounty.com, and in print form at several public agencies. Completed surveys should be submitted by July 7.
The second edition of the 2012 GENIUS Olympiad will be held at SUNY Oswego June 24-29. Taking part in the Olympiad this year will be students from 49 countries and 32 states.
The Educational Support Service Personnel (ESSP) organization presented Oswego County BOCES Special Education Teacher Tammy Seymour with the 2012 Robert F. Panara Award.
The theme for the 31st Annual Memorial Day Parade was “AMERICA… WORTH FIGHTING FOR.” Based upon this theme, the judges chose several groups in the parade that best represented this year’s theme. Zachary Menter, parade chairman, announced the following judge’s decisions.
