Fulton Teen Charged With Forcible Touching
At 8:35 a.m. on Thursday, Zachary J. Coe, 18, of 824 Baldwin Road, Fulton was arrested for forcible touching, endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree unlawful imprisonment. He allegedly held the victim down by restraining their hands and touched the victim’s breast.
Deputies Say Man Pointed Rifle At Victim
At 8:50 a.m. on Thursday, Dale L. Fiske, 31, of Burdick Drive Bldg. 33, Hastings, was arrested for second-degree menacing, a class A misdemeanor. He allegedly pointed a rifle at the victim during a verbal argument.
