Man Charged In Assault Of Infant

Carl James Kaufmann IIIOn Tuesday, Fulton Police levied assault and endangering charges against 20-year-old Carl James Kaufmann III, of Erie Street in Fulton. It is alleged that Kaufmann did intentionally cause serious physical injury by squeezing the infant’s leg, causing the femur to fracture.
