Committee Approves Speedway Concert Plan
Some rock and roll will be added to the heavy metal thunder at The Steel Palace this summer. At its meeting Monday night, the Administrative Services Committee laid the groundwork for a concert to be held at Oswego Speedway in August. The Trespass America Festival could draw thousands into the Port City.
