For many in Oswego summer means a trip to Rudy’s Lakeside on “The Loop.” And what has become an “end of summer” ritual for folks at St. Luke Health Services, Rudy’s owner Carol Livesey brought all the fixings to St. Luke for a great lunch, featuring Rudy’s favorites like a fish sandwich and of course – “Texas Hots.”
