The Oswego Opera Theater is presenting Welcome Back, a concert celebrating young Opera and Musical Theater talent who call Oswego their home. It will be performed in Waterman Theatre at SUNY-Oswego’s Tyler Hall on November 11 at 2:30 p.m.
