Juliane D. Saloga, 77, a resident of 163 E. Sixth St. in Oswego, passed away Thursday February 14, 2013, at the Newark-Wayne Community Hospital in Newark, NY.
The towns of Minetto, Oswego and Scriba recently took action to seek a review of the city of Oswego Fire Department’s Ambulance Service Certificate by the New York State Department of Health.
