With a panel of guest judges and multiple submissions, CNY Arts Center has chosen the art work for its next Community Mural Project “Art in the Wind.” The winning design entitled “Wings” was submitted by Angela Arrey-Wastavino for the mural that will be recreated in recycled aluminum during Harborfest 2013.
