Excellus BlueCross BlueShield has donated $1,000 to support Oswego County Opportunities’ annual bowling tournament fundraiser, the “Lucky 13” Bowl-A-Fun. Proceeds for this year’s event are being directed toward services that help the homeless or nearly homeless in Oswego County.
